Our job at Gulfcoast concierge is to ease your hectic
life. We offer an almost limitless range of service in
order to save you time. If you do not see what you want,
contact us, and as long as it is legal and feasible we
will do our best to help. À la Carte Prices
Prices are then calculated by 15 minute intervals after
the first hour; e.g. an errand that takes one hour and
15 minutes will cost $31.25. There is a one hour minimum
fee on all services.
• Basic personal and corporate concierge services - $25
/ hour
• Waiting Services - $75 / 4 hour block
• Special Occasion/Holiday Planning and Coordination
Services - $40 / hour
*Seniors receive a 10% discount on all services

Methods of Payments
As of October, 2005
Gulfcoast Concierge will accept Visa, Master Card,
Discover and American Express. We currently accept cash,
money orders, certified checks and travelers checks.
We also offer a "Concierge account" which allows you to
retain future service time at a significantly reduced
rate.Fee Information

billing will then be in 15 minute increments

As many services as possible will be completed in
the hour

Cost of any purchases is NOT included in hourly
rate (I.e. groceries and other shopping
services)
●
Mileage is included up to 15 miles; .38/mile
beyond the 15 miles
●
Hourly rate begins from the time the office is
left until the requested task is completed
●
Each service performed and times allotted will be
itemized for your convenience.
●
Rates for after hours, holidays and weekend
services will exceed normal hourly rate
●
Cancellations require 24 hours notice or a $25
fee applies
●
